Physical Therapists (contract)

FORM Injury Prevention Corp. is seeking certified physical therapists with an in-depth knowledge of orthopaedics. FORM offers excellent compensation, and flexible hours.

 

 QUALIFICATIONS

·    certified and registered to perform physical therapy in Alberta, a minimum three years' private practice (orthopaedic, sports) with WCB protocol familiarity is preferred

·    acupuncture certification

·    manual therapy designations, McKenzie Cervical and Lumbar certification

·    valid driver's license and own vehicle

·    in-depth exercise prescription knowledge (with sports experience)

·    mature, confident, outgoing personality
